Electric Vehicles (EV) Parking There are some cities in the world that provide parking specifically for EVs but here in Australia there not that many. Why? you may ask, I believe it is the Federal or local governments are not encouraging people to purchase an EV there are no incentives sure there are people with EVs but that is only a small percentage of the many millions of Vehicles in the country. With so little number of EVs in the country parking in a spot where there is a charging facility is dificult to find and people with Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) ignore the signs and park there without regards for the EV owners. So what to do? Drivers of ICE Vehicles should respect EV owners and not park in designated EV spots. And be fined if they ignore the signs. Governments should create more infrastructure and provide more locations for EVs to park. To paraphrase "Create and they will park"
